The fee is reviewed against the ABS Consumer Price Index at each anniversary, and it can fall as well as rise. Protection is not a tier you unlock. Every plan carries the same protections and the same registers, and the plans differ on how much work is under watch and what you pay.

Every billable catch is a signed-off catch. A Demiton alert about that obligation fired before you acted, the cash evidence is attached, and you sign it off. The bonus is 25% of that cash up to AU$1M recovered in the year, and 12.5% above that.
Cash recovered is money back in your hands: a claim paid, a variation approved, a back-charge recovered, retention or security released.
There is no dollar cap. The rate steps down, so the blended share falls as the year's recoveries rise: you keep at least 75% of everything recovered, and 86% once the year passes AU$1M.
A problem that did not happen is not billed. Avoided cost is recorded and left unbilled: a dispute that never happened, a stand-down averted, an overrun stopped.
