Engineering Theatre: Watch Protocol Zero Encrypt a Pay Run in Real-Time

We talk a lot about "Sovereign Infrastructure" and "The Iron Layer." But what does that actually look like when you are sitting at the console?

It doesn't look like a drag-and-drop website. It looks like a command center.

In this 45-second uncut session, we demonstrate the entire lifecycle of a secure payment event—from the ERP ledger to the Bank’s intake server—without a single file touching a hard drive.

The Anatomy of the Run

0:00 - The Command Center

We start in the Connector Hub. This isn't a "settings page." It's a live topology map of your financial tunnels. Here, we have configured the CommBiz Gateway with hard-coded PGP keys and strict host definitions.

0:28 - The Ingestion (Solving N+1)

We pull a 50-line Payment Journal from Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Notice the speed? That’s our Chunked Harvester in action. Instead of making 150 separate OData calls (fetching Vendor + Bank Account for every line), we stitch the REST and OData streams in-memory.

0:38 - The Enclave (Protocol Zero)

This is the critical moment.

The ABA file is generated in Cleartext initially for visual verification. But watch what happens when we toggle Protocol Zero.

  1. The Snap: The data is instantly encrypted using the Bank's Public Key (RSA-4096).
  2. The Medium: This transformation happens in Volatile RAM. The cleartext version is overwritten in memory. It never exists on disk.

0:46 - The Transmission

We open a secure shell (SFTP) to the bank.

  • Handshake: Authenticated via SSH Key (Zero-Knowledge Auth).
  • Upload: Streamed directly from RAM.
  • Wipe: As soon as the 226 Transfer Complete signal is received, the memory buffer is zeroed out.

Why This Matters

This isn't just "automation." It is Risk Elimination.

If a bad actor gained physical access to our servers during this pay run, they would find... nothing. Just a stream of encrypted noise in RAM.

This is the standard we believe Australian Finance teams deserve. Not a "File Upload" button, but a Sovereign Tunnel.
