Why is this priced as Infrastructure, not a User License?

Most bank feeds are plugins that charge per user. Demiton is Automated Infrastructure. We charge for the secure Host-to-Host 'Tunnel' between your ERP environment and the Banking Grid. This provides predictable costs regardless of your finance team size.

What is the 14-Day Implementation Guarantee?

For the Business Central Gateway, we guarantee a live, secure payment loop within 14 business days of access. If we cannot secure your payment flow in that time due to our platform, we refund 100% of your license fee.

Does "Identity Governance" require special hardware?

No. We utilize the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Teams apps you already have installed. We use cryptographic signing to bind the user's identity to the transaction payload without hardware tokens.

Can I use this for non-production development?

Yes. We offer a restricted NFR (Not For Resale) license for certified Dynamics 365 Partners and Solution Architects. Please apply via the Partner Alliance section below.
