Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Public tier opens with email verification only. Insights and Connected subscriptions are invoiced annually via Xero — you receive an invoice with bank-transfer details after signup.
What counts as an AI conversation?
One back-and-forth exchange in Demiton Studio — you ask something, the platform answers using your data and the relevant public sources. Public includes 10/month, Insights 1,000/month, and Connected is unlimited.
Why is agent and model time sold in hours?
Because a run is not a fixed thing. A cited tender brief is a few minutes; verifying quantities out of a drawing set can be most of an hour. Selling you a run count would sell you an unknown quantity, so we sell the machine time instead and you spend it how you like. Insights includes 10 hours a month, Connected 80.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export everything as CSV or JSON at any time. After cancellation, your data stays accessible for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. Public accounts can stay dormant indefinitely.
