Your people raise what is costing the job from their own inbox. Each raise carries what it could cost, and the leaderboard shows who found what. At week six we verify every figure against the mail and hand you the plan.

The implementation is fixed price and fixed scope. The licence covers the register and the protections. A new system or a standard outside the release is a separate quote, agreed before work starts.

What does Baseline cost, and do you take a cut of what it recovers?
AU$55,000 a year, flat up to AU$100M of contract value under watch. Above that we negotiate. The fee is indexed to the ABS Consumer Price Index at each anniversary, and never falls. Protection is included: all five diseases, every register, the protection surface. Nothing is billed on cash recovered, and nothing on cost avoided.
What does the implementation cover?
The systems in your systems access authorisation, the first harvest, the contract declarations, the baseline and the first catch, for AU$40,000. A new adapter, or a standard outside the quarterly register release, is quoted separately before any work starts.
