Pricing is a commitment,
not a sticker.
Demiton pricing is engagement-based. Every deployment includes a fixed Implementation Fee plus an annual subscription — sized to the operation, quoted up front, never absorbed.
We deploy two new clients per quarter. Demand outstripping supply is a feature of the model, not a bug.
Implementation Fee
A fixed fee covering the full onboarding engagement — identity setup, adapter configuration, Blueprint authoring, and hands-on rollout. Bespoke ERP or field adapter work carries an increased Implementation Fee, quoted up front.
Subscription
An annual subscription covering the governed platform, ongoing adapter maintenance, Claude MCP connector access, and support. Sized to the operation — systems connected, projects in scope, modules activated.
Three inputs shape every proposal.
Systems connected
Business Central alone is a different engagement to Business Central + Assignar + PayCat + SharePoint. Each adapter brings configuration, data model alignment, and validation effort.
Deployment scope
Which modules are activated on day one — per-project P&L, vendor statements, site diary intelligence, compliance monitoring, scheduling capture, the Claude connector. Not every firm needs every module immediately.
Bespoke adapter work
If your operation runs a system outside our supported list (e.g. a specific ERP variant or a non-Assignar field platform), the Implementation Fee reflects the adapter build. Adapter work is always quoted separately and never absorbed.
A public price sheet has two failure modes. It over-quotes small operations that would otherwise be a good fit. Or it under-scopes large operations that require adapter work the sticker doesn't cover.
Demiton is capacity-constrained by design. Two new clients per quarter. Every deployment gets hands-on implementation support from the team that builds the product. We price against the work required — not against the tier.
We build fortresses, not unicorns. Every hour of implementation effort is billed. Every adapter is quoted up front.
How much does Demiton cost?
Pricing is engagement-based and depends on the number of systems connected, projects in scope, and modules activated. Every deployment has a fixed Implementation Fee plus an annual subscription. Contact us to request a tailored proposal.
Why don't you publish a price sheet?
Because every deployment is tailored. Demiton deploys two new clients per quarter with hands-on implementation support — there is no self-serve tier to standardise against. A price sheet would either over-quote small operations or under-scope large ones. A tailored proposal is more honest.
Is there a free tier or trial?
No. Demiton is an implemented platform, not a self-serve SaaS product. Every deployment receives hands-on implementation support from the team that builds the product. If you want to evaluate Demiton, request a demo and we will walk you through how it would work with your Business Central, Assignar, and PayCat environment.
Can we get a quote without a demo?
Typically no. A quote worth giving requires understanding which systems you run, how many projects you carry, and which outcomes you want to land first. A 30-minute demo call is usually the fastest path to a proposal that reflects your operation.
What's the Annual Upfront tier on the waitlist?
Annual Upfront is a queue-priority option — pay Year 1 subscription upfront and move up one position in the deployment queue. It does not change the price; it changes when you deploy. See the Waitlist page for queue status.
