Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Public tier opens with email verification - no payment information required. Insights and Connected subscriptions are invoiced annually via Xero; you receive an invoice with bank-transfer details after signup.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately on payment. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Insights annual subscribers who cancel mid-year receive a pro-rata refund for unused months.
What's included in the Connected implementation fee?
Identity setup against your Microsoft Entra tenant, system configuration for up to four of your systems (Business Central, Assignar, KeyPay, SharePoint, Dropbox), workflow authoring for your specific operational rhythms, and hands-on rollout. Quoted up front and billed once.
What counts as an AI conversation?
An AI conversation is a single back-and-forth exchange in Demiton Studio - you ask something, the platform answers using your data and the relevant public sources. Public includes 10 per month (public-data tools only). Insights includes 500 per month. Connected includes 5,000 per month with access to deeper-reasoning tiers for complex analyses.
I'm an Indigenous-owned firm - what's available to us?
Indigenous-owned firms qualify for the full Insights tier at AU$167 / month (billed annually as AU$2,000). Reach out through the contact form and we'll verify Supply Nation certification or equivalent.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. Public tier accounts can stay dormant indefinitely.
Do you offer multi-year discounts?
Yes - 5% off for two-year prepay, 10% off for three-year prepay. Multi-year applies to Connected and Enterprise; Insights is single-year only.
What's the Enterprise tier?
Enterprise is for parent organisations consolidating across multiple entities, firms running proprietary ERPs that need custom adapter work (Viewpoint, Jobpac, Cheops), Tier 1 ERP connections (D365 F&O, Dataverse), and deployments with bespoke contract or hosting requirements.
