252 obligations, the requests they raise, and who signs them off

Demiton is live in Claude's connector directory. This update is two days late because Monday was a public holiday in Queensland, and since this release Demiton's deadlines know that too. The obligation library has grown from 135 to 252. When a protection fires it now raises a request that one named person answers, carrying its amount and currency. Who signs off is set on one screen, each claim and delay runs its own clock, and a contractor's Navman data now answers CLOCS-A job by job.

Four kinds of protection, what the research says each disease costs, and all 135 obligations

A job's obligations fail in four different shapes, so Demiton protects them four ways: a watch, a countdown, a check and a threshold. This week each one exists, all five diseases run a daily check, and the research behind them is sorted by whose money it measures. Two new public sources back it: research.demiton.io and the demitonapp/registers repository. Below that is every obligation in the library, all 135, with its clause and what missing it costs.

Issue 421 September 2026Disputes

Disputes are won in the paperwork, and the paperwork has a deadline

A dispute is usually decided months before anyone argues it, by a notice that went in late or a record nobody kept. This week Demiton learned 125 cited evidence standards across Australia and New Zealand, and started checking every active project against them every morning. Disputes is the second disease with a verdict running every morning. Neither has fired on a live job yet.

The model form: what Florence Nightingale would make of 157 registers

Nightingale's hardest fight was not nursing. It was that hospitals recorded the same facts in different shapes, so preventable disease could not be seen, let alone stopped. Civil construction has that problem today. This week we published all 157 register formats, organised Demiton around the diseases that eat a job's margin, put Demiton for Android live on Google Play, and announced forge.

Fortnight wrap: Studio becomes the MCP client

Twenty MCP tools became four, and the report tools have since folded into ask_demiton. Three god files got split. A 392-line hotspot that had absorbed 67 commits in 90 days was broken into domain files. And a boolean bypass that lived in six places across the auth stack got replaced with a proper role migration.
