The request reaches whoever signs off.

A delay notice worth $42,000 is due on Friday, and the person who signs it off is in a ute between two sites. The window does not wait for her to get back to a desk. The app puts the request on her phone, with the emails and the figure attached, and records her answer with her name and the time. The notice goes in on Wednesday, from the car park.

The rest of the app is the question you would otherwise ring someone about, answered from the systems the business already runs on, with its sources listed. Same login as the web app. Android today; iPhone and iPad in Apple's review.

Four of the five diseases end in a request to one person: serve the notice, approve the variation, renew the policy, stop the next stage. The phone is where that person is when the request lands, so the phone is where the answer has to be possible.

What the five diseases are
Get it on Google PlayiPhone and iPad: in Apple's review. The link lands here the day it clears.

The Inbox

Every request addressed to you, whatever your device settings muted. The ones you can answer come first, ranked by money within each currency; then the ones that are someone else's; then the closed ones. A delay notice worth $42,000 sits above a $9,200 insurance expiry because that is the order a Friday afternoon should take them in.

A request opened on the phone: a delay notice due on Coomera Connector, $42,000 estimated from the baseline programme, open until 24 October, with the buttons Serve the notice and Not this time.

The decision

Sent to you because you sign off on this job. The notice window, the figure, where the figure came from, and two buttons. Your answer is recorded with your name and the time, and the countdown on the job stops the moment you press the first one.

A question answered on the phone from the site diary, with the sources it read listed under the answer.

The question

The same Studio as the web app: ask where a machine has been working this month, who was on site on a given day, or what the diary recorded last week, and the answer says what it read and what it could not see. Send a photo from the field into the thread.

The screens are rendered from the app's own interface code on the Bridgeworks demo organisation. Coomera Connector and its $42,000 delay notice are demo data.

Which device gets what

Four kinds of request reach a person: a message, a decision, a decision on a file, and a request to send proof. In Settings each of your registered devices is a row and each kind is a column, and you choose where each one buzzes. A kind that needs an answer has to reach at least one device, and the app refuses a change that would leave it with none.

The Inbox is never filtered. Whatever you muted on this phone is still listed there, in the same order, so a request that went to the iPad on the desk is still answerable from the ute. The settings decide what interrupts you, not what you are responsible for.

Common questions

Is there an iPhone app?

It is built and in Apple's review. It runs from the same code and the same services as Android and the web app, and it runs on iPad as well as iPhone. This page links to the App Store the day Apple clears it.

Do I need a new account for the app?

No. The login that works on the Demiton web app signs you into the phone. If you belong to more than one organisation, you switch between them in the app without signing out.

What reaches my phone?

Four kinds of request: a message, a decision, a decision on a file, and a request to send proof. In Settings you choose which of your devices gets which kind. A kind that needs an answer must still reach at least one of your devices, and the app refuses a change that would leave it with none. The Inbox in the app is never filtered.

What can I ask it?

Anything you would otherwise ring someone about: where a piece of plant has been working this month, how a project stage is tracking against budget, who was on site on a given day, or what the site diary recorded last week. The answer names what it read and what it could not see.

Which plans include it?

Every plan. What changes with the plan is the data the answers can draw on and the jobs under protection, not the app.

Same login. Install it and sign in.

If you already use Demiton on the web, the app is the same account on the phone. If you do not, the web app is where an account starts.
