CLOCS-A Bronze: the vehicle equipment and the transport operator duties
Bronze is the CLOCS-A minimum. For the vehicle it is 16 equipment items in Appendix E1; for the transport operator it is 21 requirements in clause 5.4, from transport law compliance to fatigue, drug and alcohol testing and incident reporting.
Demiton is not CLOCS-A, is not an accreditation body and accredits no one. This is an independent explainer. Every duty and item below is read from CLOCS-A Standard v1.6, published 21 April 2026, read 21 October 2026.
The vehicle equipment
Bronze, the minimum, is met by at least one standard of each either/OR pair plus every other Bronze standard. 3 items apply to city and urban projects only, and 2 are either/OR.

What the auditor asks for, and what the library holds
Most of clause 5.4 is a documented system: a policy, a procedure, and a record that it ran. The library holds each duty and its clause, not the operator's documents. For the vehicle itself: The vehicle register does not record fitted equipment, so this is recorded not_collected.
What this page is, and is not
It is the clause text this library holds from the CLOCS-A Standard, with whom each duty binds. It is not legal advice, it is not accreditation, and it does not score anyone's readiness. Read the Standard and the contract you signed.
Clauses read from the obligation library, release v22, last checked against the source on .
