Six weeks. NZ$8,700. The add-in on your own mail.
Demiton's Outlook add-in is installed for your organisation. At least five named people use it on their own mail, raise what is costing the job, and put a number on it. At week six we verify the figures and hand you the plan to stop it.
The pilot is the first paid step. If the plan is worth it, you sign Baseline and the implementation. If it is not, you stop.
Price excludes tax. We confirm the tax treatment before you sign.
Week 0
Install
We set it up with your Microsoft 365 admin. One manifest, one permission consent, one kickoff.
Weeks 1 to 6
Raise
Your people raise what is costing the job from their own inbox. Each raise carries what it could cost. The leaderboard shows who found what.
Week 6
Plan
We verify every figure against the mail, then hand you the plan: what to stop, in what order, and what it takes.
- The add-in installed for the organisation, not five seats.
- At least five named people committed for six weeks.
- A leaderboard by dollars, one board per currency.
- A raise against each of the five diseases: rework, missed claims, disputes, cost drift and lapsed compliance.
- Every figure verified against the mail before it counts.
- The implementation plan at week six.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
- At least five named users for the six weeks.
- A sponsor who can decide at the end.
- One 60-minute kickoff and one 30-minute close.
- A Microsoft 365 admin who can grant the install.
For the whole organisation, with at least 5 named users.
Price excludes tax. We confirm the tax treatment before you sign.
The fee comes off the implementation if you sign within 30 days.
The pilot includes the install, the six weeks, support while it runs, the verification, and the plan at the end.
It does not include the implementation, a new adapter, or a standard outside the quarterly register release. Those are quoted separately, before any work starts.
You are not committed to the implementation. If the plan is worth it, you sign Baseline and the implementation; if it is not, we stop.
Baseline and the implementation are priced with you after the pilot, on your own systems and jobs.
Who installs the add-in?
We set it up with your Microsoft 365 admin. The admin needs the Exchange admin role and Application Administrator, or App Registrations enabled, and the install is done centrally for the organisation.
Does it read all our email?
No. It reads the mail a person chooses to raise. The pilot board never shows the email, the subject or the sender.
What if we do not sign after the pilot?
You are not committed to anything. If the plan is worth it, you sign Baseline and the implementation. If it is not, we stop.
Can more than five people use it?
Yes. Five named users is the minimum the customer commits to for the six weeks. The add-in is installed for the organisation, so anyone else who wants to raise can.
What does the pilot not include?
The implementation, a new adapter, and a standard outside the quarterly register release. Those are quoted separately, before any work starts.
Where is the pilot available?
The pilot runs in Australia, Ireland and New Zealand today. If you are elsewhere, talk to us and we will tell you when it reaches your market.
Start with your own mail.
